Leftover video-related artworks from GALERIE IM REGIERUNGSVIERTEL BERLIN`s inventory
"THE FORGOTTEN YEARS" is part of a series of exhibitions featuring GALERIE IM REGIERUNGSVIERTEL BERLIN`s inventory of forgotten artworks.
These works have been left by the artists, being donated by the artists or have just been forgotten about after one of the hundreds of exhibitions that have been realised by GALERIE IM REGIERUNGSVIERTEL since 2007. At Keck-Kiosk more than 50 videoworks will be screened simoultaniously whilst THE FORGOTTEN BAR serves drinks.

GALERIE IM REGIERUNGSVIERTEL promotes contributions that critically and sensually confront existential phenomena
(Established in April 2007 in Berlin by Maike Cruse and Tjorg Douglas Beer in the Government Quarter, i.e., the “Regierungsviertel,” next to the Federal Press Conference Center).

In 2010 GALERIE IM REGIERUNGSVIERTEL has realised AYRAN & YOGA -The 1st Berlin Kreuzberg Biennale 2010.
